Our response to Covid – 19

In response to the Government’s announcement that New Zealand is moving to Level 4 of the pandemic response plan, and to ensure the safety of our staff, we are effective immediately shifting our workforce to a more virtual space. Our plan includes enhancements to our already established virtual work capabilities, which enable our staff to continue to be responsive to your needs throughout any alert levels. We remain reachable by phone and Myindici as normal. Please DO NOT come into the clinic as we want to adhere to social distancing to keep our staff and at risk patient’s safe at this time. If you are wanting a script we will fax this to a nominated pharmacy, please have this information ready.

Flu immunisations:

We are currently only giving out flu vaccines to those who are funded – these are patients who are over 65, pregnant or have one of the conditions that are outlined by the Ministry of Health. We are offering flu vaccines to all our UN-funded patients from the 27th of April 2020.

Children:

We  are now offering flu vaccines for all FUNDED children under 3 years of age. Children under 3 years of age who are not funded will be able to receive their vaccine from 27th of April 2020.

Payments:

We are currently encouraging ALL PATIENTS to pay via online methods to avoid people coming into our clinics, please see below for information on how to pay for any services you get over the next 4 weeks:
