Patients on long-term medications require regular contact with their GP to ensure their ongoing need and review patient’s ongoing care. Doctors may require an appointment to review (Face to Face or Phone Consult) prior to a repeat prescription being issued.

Prescriptions are issued after two business days unless an urgent prescription is requested which will be issued by noon the following day at a higher fee.
